2008-2009 Law Student Essay Contest
Criteria: Open to all law students not previously admitted to practice law in the United States. Admission to practice after submission of the paper is not disqualifying. The subject of the contest is “The Right of the Individualto Keep and Bear Arms as a Federally Protected Right.” Papers should be double spaced, not exceed 30 pages in length, exclusive of endnotes, of law review quality and cannot have been previously published. Also include a brief discourse on author’s legal education.
